Hulu had a rough start—she delivered her puppies at Animal Control, and only two of her three babies survived. Rescued soon after, Hulu moved into a foster home, where she showed real sweetness and calm living with other dogs. She enjoyed exploring the yard, splashing at the lake, and soaking up the sense of home before her return to the shelter, which left her understandably stressed. Hulu is around 3 years old and weighs about 50 lbs. She comes alive around toys, chases balls and squirrels with puppy-like joy, and adores gentle pets and attention. Although she’s house-trained, she’s still polishing up after her foster stint.
