This handsome boy has been through a lot in his young life -- he came to the shelter with a badly broken leg that required not one, but two surgeries to heal. Thanks to his incredible spirit (and lots of love from his care team), Roscoe has made a wonderful recovery. He still has a plate in his leg, but he's fully cleared by the vet and ready to find his forever home. Despite his rough start, Roscoe's personality shines bright. He's loving, friendly, and endlessly curious -- always ready to explore, play, and snuggle up when the day is done. He adores people and has a gentle, affectionate nature that wins everyone over.
