About Marvin

Marvin is a sweet and gentle soul we rescued from the San Bernardino Shelter. This three-year-old Schnauzer was found as a stray and came to us battling a few wounds, including an embedded foxtail in his paw. Thankfully, he has healed beautifully and is ready for the next chapter of his life. Though Marvin can be shy around newcomers, he’s a snuggler who truly loves affection once he feels secure. He enjoys the company of other dogs, but due to his past, he would thrive in an adult-only home with an experienced adopter. He's still learning to trust and can be sensitive around valuables, so patience and a commitment to positive reinforcement training are essential. Marvin would prefer a home without other pets and is managing some skin allergies, but medication has made him much more comfortable. Surprisingly, he loves bath time, which helps with his skin condition. Marvin has come a long way, and with the right person, he can continue to flourish.
