About Sunny
Give them the home they have been waiting for. Apply today. Sunny is a stunning, mature calico gal who—at 11 years young—is looking for a calm and loving new home. She’s deeply affectionate when comfortable and thrives on attention, especially head scratches, chin rubs, regular brushings, baby-soft blankets, and time spent lounging with her person watching TV in the evenings until she drifts off to sleep. Though she may be shy initially, once she feels secure, she is very fond of people. As a true queen, Sunny is particular about loud noises and prefers not to be moved unless she’s ready, needing patience when it comes to being picked up. Having her own space is vital, as she is not accustomed to other cats and prefers a quiet, low-traffic environment. Sunny has spent her whole life indoors and grew up with children, specifically two boys when they were around nine. She just received a clean bill of health and weighs 12 pounds. Currently fostered in northern Virginia, she is ready to meet potential adopters who can provide the affection and serene lifestyle she deserves. Her ideal match is someone ready to share space and companionship with a beautiful, independent cat. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
