About Chedda
Click apply and let the tail-wagging begin! Chedda is an 80 lb bundle of love just waiting to meet the right person. He is wonderful with adults and has interacted well with children at public events, although he gets a bit excited and jumps, so a home without small kids is best. Chedda previously lived peacefully with a senior mini Schnauzer, but he has not gotten along with other dogs since, so a home where he can be your one and only is a plus. Expect lots of affection—he adores belly, butt, and head rubs, and he's a serious cuddler. With a love for running in a fenced yard and lounging after, Chedda's ideal forever home would have secure outdoor space where he can play. He's not a barker, rides nicely in the car, and already knows how to sit and come when called, but would benefit from additional leash training. Chedda is neutered and takes monthly preventatives, but does have skin allergies managed with Apoquil. Last Day Dog Rescue provides microchipping for all adopted dogs for permanent identification, and is always here to support adopters if plans change. Please note, every foster home experience is unique, so Chedda's behavior may adjust as he settles into a new environment. Thank you for considering adoption and helping rescue dogs find loving homes. Make their next chapter their best one yet.
