About Kacey
Kacey has that easygoing vibe people hope for in a roommate—and a best friend. She's a Foxhound with a big, open heart who settles easily into the day, happy to join for walks, snacks, or snuggle sessions on the couch. Her foster family has three other dogs and she gets along great with everyone, never one to get flustered or fuss over drama. Kacey reads the room, steps back from tense moments, and isn't defensive over food or toys. She brings plenty of energy when there's food or attention on offer (those goofy happy feet!) but mostly, she's calm and laid-back, content to just relax by your side or nap in her crate. She's house and crate trained, knows how to signal for bathroom breaks, and takes adjustment to new routines in stride. Leash walks and park trips are some of her favorite activities, and she’s a pleasure in the car—so laid back you’ll hardly notice her. While she loves the company of other pups, Kacey would also be happy being your only dog, showering you with loyalty and affection. She can be a little cautious around new faces, warming up quickly once she builds trust. If you want a sweet road trip buddy and an affectionate, steady companion, Kacey could be the dog you've been looking for. Your new best friend is just one click away.
