About Poppy

Poppy is a 12-year-old gentle soul who enjoys friendly interactions while also savoring her moments of independence. This playful and social cat loves to perch in high places, watching the world go by as she spots birds and chipmunks from her cozy vantage points. You might often find her in her favorite snug cave on the cat tree, with a lovely view and a soft snuggle bed nearby. Poppy is very much a social eater; she joyfully greets you at mealtimes, purring happily as you pet or brush her during dining. Fully house trained, she uses her litter box properly. Having come from a chaotic environment with aggressive dogs and indifferent humans, Poppy now seeks a calm, loving home. She would thrive in a spacious setting with a family that enjoys engaging with her daily yet respects her need for alone time.
