Wendy, our lovely mature brown tabby with a touch of white, is ready to find her forever home. Wendy has a distinct, adorable big nose and a history of resilience. Rescued as a kitten from South LA with her mom and five siblings, she's spent her life at our Sanctuary in Atwater Village becoming a shy but sweet soul. Wendy has a long-term condition called cryptococcus, a type of fungal infection (that humans can't get) requiring medication twice daily. Despite her health needs, she remains a gentle presence. Wendy will thrive in a calm, quiet home with a patient and understanding person who will give her plenty of room to decompress. She takes her time to warm up to new people and prefers to avoid eye contact, showing her need for a little extra space and time. Wendy isn't a fan of other cats, making her the perfect solo companion. With her mellow demeanor and unique personality, Wendy is searching for a special someone who can offer her the tranquil and loving environment she deserves.
