Vince's story is a cautionary tale of what can happen if cats are given away for free on the internet. He was once a pampered indoor cat but then his people decided they could not take care of him anymore and gave him away for free - to a random person on Facebook. Fast forward 6 mos and Vince found himself a skinny stray, begging for scraps on the streets. We were able to contact his original owners (thru his microchip) who told us the tale. The person they gave him to no longer had a Facebook profile and they had no other contact information. And he was found far from where they thought he was going to live. He's safe now. Confused and a little sad. But he is a sweet boy and just wants a chance with someone who will value him and keep him safe.
