About Si

What are you waiting for? Apply today! Si is a handsome adult male domestic short hair who is around 4 years old and looking for a special home after an adventurous start as part of an outdoor colony. He showed remarkable trust in people, allowing himself to be handled even when nervous, which led to his opportunity to find a loving indoor family. Si has embraced his new life: he loves playing with feather wand toys, relaxing on the couch, and lounging in sunny spots when the weather is nice. High places are some of his favorite perches, and he enjoys people-watching as well as the occasional treat or Churu snack. This gentle and laid-back cat has a great deal of independence but still appreciates gentle affection and will lean into cheek rubs. While he’s friendly, Si does not like to be picked up, confined, or smothered—he prefers his space respected. He is not suited for homes with small children or other pets and would thrive as the only animal in a calm environment. Si comes from a rescue that ensures all kitties are fully vaccinated, dewormed, treated for fleas and ear mites, microchipped, and tested negative for FIV/FeLV. He’s ready for a quiet, loving home where he can be your loyal companion. Make their next chapter their best one yet.
