Ruiz is a sweet black and white boy with a fluffy tail. He loves people and will follow you around. He greats you at the door and loves to be picked up and snuggle in your lap. He also plays hard so he'll need to be adopted with one of his siblings or another young cat or kitten. He's not a fan of dogs or young children, but loves older kids that are respectful.
