Heathcliff is a senior neutered male Domestic Short Hair with a large frame and striking orange coat, currently in Los Angeles, CA. He’s up to date on his vaccinations and does well with other cats. Heathcliff moves comfortably as a tripod and is an easygoing, sun-loving cat in his golden years.

About Heathcliff

Heathcliff is a large orange senior cat who brings some old-soul energy to the room. Intelligence and passion run deep with him, though don’t expect a lap cat. He navigates just fine on his three sturdy legs—a testament to his resilience—and sports a little nub of a fourth. While he’s semi-feral and tends to be shy, time, patience, and the crinkle of snacks will quickly win him over. Heathcliff is more likely to accept some gentle petting or head scratches if you come bearing treats. At this stage, he’s mainly looking for a quiet home where he can sleep in the sunlight and take life slow. Dental care is something his future adopter should be ready for, but beyond that, his needs are simple: comfort, respect, and the occasional snack. Fun fact: Heathcliff’s birthday makes him a Taurus, so it’s no surprise he’s all about cozy naps and a predictable routine. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
