About Piper
Piper was dropped off at the shelter alongside her siblings and has watched her brother Leo head off to a home and settle into a life of comfort. She and her sister Pru, still waiting in a big kennel together, bring a bit more energy and a good deal of humor to their days. Piper's quick to leap into the air out of sheer enthusiasm, and she brightens up playtime with her antics. She enjoys walks, sniffing everything that piques her curiosity, and loves a good run, especially when other dogs are around. Squeaky balls are a favorite, and she shares toys and food without issueāno resource guarding here. Piper and Pru have visited adoption events where their quirky personalities earned compliments, but they havenāt found their match yet. If you have a fenced yard, Piper promises to burn off her energy there before settling at your feet or by the fireplace. Bringing home both sisters would mean an intelligent, loyal team ready to listen and learn. Theyāre hoping their next chapter finds them together or at least brings Piper a family of her own.
