About Boots
What are you waiting for? Apply today! Meet Boots, a lovely Border Collie/Terrier mix who has endured a challenging past but is now blossoming in a caring foster home. She is around 4 years old and has a youthful energy and playful spirit that make her delightful to be around. Boots enjoys running, exploring the yard, and especially playing with her doggy friend Cora—even when play gets a little rambunctious! She has also become friends with her foster home's blind senior dog, Socks, showing how gentle and adaptable she can be. At first, Boots can be shy, but she warms up quickly and adores feeling safe and loved. She does well on a leash, is easy to coax into the car, and behaves well during rides. Boots is fully vetted, microchipped, and has received a clean bill of health. In her foster home, she has been a content and easy companion, displaying sweet quirks like darting playfully in and out of the back door and seeking comfort under tables or cozy spaces. She hasn't shown any interest in digging under or escaping the fence. While she hasn’t been tested around cats yet, Boots has shown no aggression and only a gentle desire to be cherished. Boots truly deserves a home where she will receive plenty of love and one-on-one attention as she continues to discover what it means to be part of a family. Reach out to learn more or arrange a meet-and-greet with this gentle girl—she is ready for her fresh start! Make their next chapter their best one yet.
