About Boots
Boots is a Border Collie and Terrier mix who’s rediscovering life after years spent chained. Since settling into foster care, she’s been quick to show a playful side—racing around the yard, exploring, and playing rough-and-tumble with her companion Cora. Boots also gets along with the resident senior dog, Socks. At first, she might be shy, but she warms up fast and soon seeks out gentle company and play. She’s house trained, easygoing about car rides, and takes vet visits in stride. Boots loves the simple joy of slipping in and out of the house, finding comfort under tables with her buddy, and never seems to challenge fences. While her history with cats isn’t clear, she’s shown zero aggression with people or other dogs in her foster home. Boots needs a patient adopter ready to give her attention and keep showing her what a loved life can be. Every animal has a turning point—Boots is ready for hers. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now! Boots is in Cromwell, KY, and is currently cared for by Kentucky Kitty Cats, Inc.
