Meet Sandy aka Cleo! Cleo is a sweet, smart, and mischievously athletic dog with a lot of personality packed into her fuzzy frame. She adores being towel-dried and turns bath time into a spa experience—if you’ve got a hose, she’s in heaven. Don’t let her quiet nature fool you; she rarely barks, but she’s always picking up on what’s happening around her. Cleo gets along well with other dogs and responds well to treats, so training is off to a great start. She’s making real progress with her leash skills and, even while working through a hip injury, shows the energy you’d expect from a future hiking partner. Once she’s healed up, she’ll be more than ready to stretch her legs on the trails or wherever life takes you. Cleo would be happiest in a peaceful but active home that makes her feel like part of the team. Oh, and she’ll happily accept a daily quota of 1,000 belly rubs.
