About Francis
Francis landed at the shelter as a very young pup and, through no fault of his own, quickly found himself on the euthanasia list. In a twist of luck, he was rescued with just an hour to spare by someone hoping for a young dog like him. Unfortunately, his adopter’s severe allergies meant Francis couldn’t stay, so now he’s searching for a new place to land where he’ll be truly welcome. This six-month-old Labrador Retriever/Pit Bull mix has a playful streak, a smart mind, and a gentle way about him. He loves cuddling and is especially thrilled to play in the water. Francis gets along well with children and dogs, making him a solid companion for families or those seeking an affectionate sidekick. Although not yet neutered due to his age, his adoption contract will include a neuter clause. Francis is looking for the right home and a real chance to settle in and thrive. Lets make it official, apply to adopt!
