Midnight
AvailableThis lovely domestic short hair is a medium-sized, black female currently being cared for at Kearney Rescue Cats. With her short coat, she's easy to care for and enjoys a clean, cozy indoor environment. Midnight is house trained and has been spayed, plus her vaccinations are up to date to help keep her healthy. She does have special needs due to calicivirus, so she'll need to be the only cat or live with another infected cat, and supportive care will help her thrive.
About Midnight
They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now! Midnight is sweet and petite! She flits around the house like a little fairy, bringing a sense of magic wherever she goes. She enjoys affection and always seems ready for a gentle pet or a cozy snuggle. Midnight is very active, showing off her playful energy as she explores every corner. Having been around dogs, she tends to be quite indifferent to them, making for a peaceful coexistence. With an estimated birth month of June 2024, Midnight has been diagnosed with calicivirus, a respiratory condition. Because of this, she should be an only cat (unless you have another cat with the same virus), and will need to be indoors only. Other than some minor congestion—like a little stuffed nose—she's in great spirits and doesn't let it slow her down. Cats with calicivirus can enjoy long, happy lives. To keep her at her best, supportive care like a warm, humidified environment and a few vet-recommended over-the-counter supplements would be beneficial. Midnight is a fun, happy girl eager to bring joy to her forever home. Adoption is the new adventure! Ready to roll?
