He is about two years and two months old, vaccinated, and does well with both cats and dogs. Though Eeyore has special needs related to mobility and bathroom assistance, he is energetic and eager for companionship.
About Eeyore
Eeyore greets just about everyone at the door and has a signature high five plus a leaping move he seems to have invented just for pets. Cuddling is always on the table—he’ll seek out your lap and soak up affection, or claim a windowsill to keep an eye on neighborhood birds. He is vocal, especially when spring toys are involved, and you’ll often catch him parading his latest ‘capture’ around the house. Eeyore enjoys other cats with a bit of an adjustment period, and he’s extra excited by dogs of all sizes, inviting them to wrestle or chase if they’re up for it. Eeyore’s story started a little rough: at just a couple weeks old, he couldn’t move or feel his back legs, and had no bladder or bowel control. After a quick trip to the vet and lots of physical therapy, he’s back in action, using his hind legs like little skis without slowing down. He still wears a diaper during the day and needs help having his bladder and bowels expressed a few times daily, but this doesn’t cramp his style.
