Cadi is a spayed adult female, medium-sized, mixed-breed Boxer currently living in Grand Forks, ND. She is house trained and has her vaccinations up to date. After overcoming tremendous odds, Cadi is now healthy and lively, searching for an adopter who can provide the active lifestyle that suits her best.

About Cadi

Cadi has had a rough start in life but has proved that resilience really does pay off. When she first landed at the rescue, Cadi couldn’t even walk, had lost her sight, and was so frail she needed help eating and drinking. Now, she’s bounced all the way back—bright-eyed, full of energy, and ready for anything. Cadi loves to run around with her buddy Meeko, explore new places, and keep herself entertained during the day. She’s food motivated and eager to learn, so training feels more like a game than a chore. Her leash manners are improving every day, and she’s polite around mealtime. Cadi kennels quietly while her foster is at work and through the night. She can still be goofy about focus (and shoes—she likes to collect them in her bed), but her daily improvements show just how eager she is to please. Cadi is looking for an adopter who can match her energy and patience. She’s come a long way; now she just needs someone to help with the next steps. If you’re ready for a fun, determined dog who fully embraces a second shot at life, Cadi is waiting to meet you. Start your journey together! Apply now.
