Meet Horton! When Horton first arrived at the shelter, he was absolutely terrified — the noisy kennels and unfamiliar surroundings were just too much for this sensitive soul. But everything changed when he was moved to a quieter part of the shelter. Now, Horton is finally showing us who he really is: a sweet, playful, and affectionate boy with so much love to give. Horton loves to run and play chase — he’s got the zoomies down to an art form! Whether he's darting around the yard or soaking up snuggles from his favorite people, Horton is happiest when he's with someone who makes him feel safe and loved. This gentle guy is looking for a patient, kind-hearted family who can help him continue to build his confidence and enjoy all the fun life has to offer.
