About Putter
Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started. Meet Putter from the golf litter! After being adopted as a puppy, Putter found herself back at the shelter at 6 years old when her previous family welcomed a new baby. Now, she's hoping for a loving family where she can enjoy her golden years in comfort. Putter is an American Bulldog/Retriever mix who weighs around 62 pounds and is looking for a quiet retirement home to call her own. Putter is known for her goofy personality and sweet, smart demeanor. She loves cuddling, car rides, leisurely walks, and playful moments, always charming everyone with her play growls and silly hops. Putter is great on a leash, walks with excellent manners, and is completely house trained—she'll even sit by the door to let you know when she needs to go out. She's trustworthy out of the crate and doesn't chew on anything she shouldn't, plus she knows basic commands like sit, paw, lay down, and roll over. While Putter can be calm around kids in public, she prefers a home with older children or adults only, as energetic little ones make her nervous. She also needs to be the only pet in the household—no other dogs or cats, please, as she wasn't properly socialized with other animals. Putter is ready for a second chance at a forever home where her gentle spirit can truly shine. They are ready to love you; are you ready to apply?
