About Maya

Maya is a real sweetheart, though she definitely requires some work on the leash. When hooked up, she tends to lay down, showing her stubborn side. As a dominant alpha type, slow introductions are essential if she will be sharing her space with other dogs, especially if they are high energy. She has a curious habit of munching on drywall, likely stemming from boredom. To help her settle in, it's best to limit her initial access to one or two dog-proofed rooms for about three months. Maya is crate trained and should ideally be kept in her crate when no one is home to supervise. A fenced-in yard would be great for her youthful energy. Though not yet house trained, she shows promise for quick training. Maya isn’t suitable for homes with kids under 12, and her interactions with cats remain unknown. She’s spayed, microchipped, and fully vetted. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
