About Gloria
Gloria is a three-year-old small mixed-breed female from Broadalbin, NY, rescued from South Carolina's shelter system. She adores people of every age and prefers to be the star of her own show—she must be an only dog. Gloria weighs about 30-35 lbs and has a short black and cream coat. Give her a fenced yard and a human companion and she's thrilled: she bursts into fun zoomies, plays fetch, then heads inside to nap on her favorite bed. If you join her play sessions, even better. Dog parks and public walks are off-limits since she does not get along with other dogs; the backyard is her adventure zone. She's crate trained but doesn't really need it and is completely house trained. Gloria likes car rides (with a tether), enjoys baths, and her foster even sent her favorite pajamas. She loves stuffy toys and needs a cushy spot for sleep. She’s great with older kids who respect her space—no little ones, please. Not cat-tested, so it's a 'no cats' household. She’s spayed, vaccinated, and up to date on preventatives. Just know, she’s a true homebody—content with her yard and people. She really is a wonderful, playful little dog who thrives best in a quiet, structured home. What are you waiting for? Apply today!

Questions about Gloria
What type of living environment is this breed usually best suited for?
Gloria, as a small mixed-breed dog, is best suited to a home where she has access to a fenced yard for play but can also curl up indoors. She thrives in an environment with structure and plenty of one-on-one attention.
How much outdoor space does this breed typically need?
Gloria will do best with her own securely fenced yard; she loves to play outside but doesn't need vast acreage. A safe, private outdoor area for daily zoomies and toys is ideal.
Is this breed typically suitable for homes with children?
Gloria gets along well with older children who understand and respect her space, especially around her crate and toys. Homes with children 8-10 or older would suit her best.
