Garland is new to the shelter. She came in with her sister, Tinsel, and their mother, Stormy. Garland and Tinsel are considered a bonded pair right now and are only available for foster-to-adopt together (until they are spayed, then their adoption can be finalized). Both girls are young and full of energy - they are TONS of fun, and would make a great addition to just about any family!
