About Yoshi
Yoshi is a soft, solid gray young cat with piercing green eyes and a hint of dilute tabby striping. His little ear tufts just add to that plush look. Yoshi craves affection: he’ll flop on his back as soon as you walk in, waving his legs and waiting for tummy scritches. Once he warms up, he will curl in your lap, purr, and gently nudge your hand for more treats or love. He follows his person from room to room like a loyal sidekick, always hoping for a cuddle session. Playtime is right up there with snuggles for Yoshi; wand toys and pom-pom balls keep him busy, and he enjoys both roughhousing and cozy naps with other cats. His personality is low-key—he’s just as happy lounging on a sunny perch, birdwatching, or retreating to his favorite cave bed as he is in your lap. In his foster home, he plays and naps with other cats and would thrive in a calm space with another mellow, playful companion. Yoshi will do best in a home with older children and patient, cat-savvy adopters who know how to earn trust. He hasn’t met any dogs in foster care.
