About Goose
Start your journey together! Apply now. Meet Goose – a handsome gentleman who is the very definition of a good boy! Goose is sweet, lovable, and searching for either a permanent foster or the perfect forever home. He is crate trained, potty trained, and does well when left alone outside of his crate, making him an easy companion for many households. Goose thrives around other dogs and would love a home with doggy siblings to play with. He’s also friendly with cats! This loyal companion knows basic commands like sit, down, and wait, and he clearly adores a good game of fetch—dropping the ball right in front of you and knowing when to finish up, although he might request just one more throw with his charming persistence! Goose is an independent and quiet guy, making him an ideal work-from-home buddy. He’ll let you know when he wants attention with a gentle paw or a cute nose nudge. During work hours, he’s content to chew his benebone or nap, and when the day slows down, he’s happy to lounge on the couch for snuggles. Although Goose enjoys walks and hikes, he doesn't require strenuous daily exercise; a game of ball in the yard suits him just fine. Goose does best in a calm, adult-only environment, though he could do well with older, dog-savvy teens. He is anxious around young or noisy children, so a quieter home is ideal. Though a little shy at first, his affectionate and playful personality shines through once he feels safe. From fetch in the yard to beach walks and cuddles at home, Goose may just be your perfect laid-back companion. Make their next chapter their best one yet.
