About Russo
Russo arrived with several other dogs after being part of a large humane case, and he's wasted no time making himself at home. He’s a classic social butterfly who loves the company of people, whether staff or volunteers, and he’ll make fast friends with anyone offering a treat. With dogs, Russo is selective—it depends on the other dog's vibe. He does not get along with cats, so a feline-free home is best. Russo stands out for his friendly personality and striking good looks, but he’s also very sharp. He already knows how to sit and shows real promise with more training. Russo did so well at his first photoshoot you'd swear he was born for the camera. Recently, he completed heartworm treatment and is fully recovered—nothing holds him back from enjoying life. At 58 lbs and full of life, Russo is looking for a home ready to keep up with his medium to high energy. Ready to meet a dog who will keep you on your toes? Click apply to start the adoption process.
