Periwinkle, or Piper, is an affectionate and snuggly gal. She loves to use her best puppy dog eyes to convince you to give her french fries or butt scratches! Periwinkle is a medium energy dog who does enjoy a walk or playing with toys but also loves to stay inside and curl up on the couch. This animal is staying in a foster home and is not at the shelter. Adoptions are free and include support from our adoption team to ensure a smooth transition from the shelter to your home.
