Meet Panela! Panela was surrendered back to ICHS after 5 years at no fault of her own. When she came to us for the second time Panela was extremely affectionate, but a little reserved. She was also in desperate need of a dental and was in a lot of pain. After her dental, and a little TLC, Panela has really come out of her shell in her time here at ICHS. She gets happy tail, she runs to get pets from our staff when they open her cage, and she now LOVES TO PLAY! It has been so exciting to see this girl finally open up and enjoy herself again.
