About Sugar
Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now! Sugar arrived with a lot of attitude and determination to avoid humans, showing off her spicy side with growls, hisses, and dashes into hiding at the slightest sound. With plenty of patience, treats, and gentle trust-building, Sugar has blossomed—she now enjoys affection, being picked up, and cozy snuggles close to your chest. Her occasional spiciness appears only when confronted by something new, but overall, her transformation has been a joy to witness! Sugar loves both her sister Reese and her other foster feline friends, playing enthusiastically and bringing joy to everyone around her. Although she can be cautious about loud noises and changes, she seeks comfort by burrowing into soft blankets and thrives when allowed to adjust at her own pace. Sugar would do best in a home with another cat for companionship, and ideally, she and Reese can be adopted together—there’s even a special reduced adoption fee for adopting the pair. She has a big heart and will flourish in a loving and patient home, especially with a feline friend by her side. Fun fact: Sugar’s birthday is June 3, making her a sociable and curious Gemini! Lets make it official, apply to adopt!
