About Frank

Frank is a 42 lb Shepherd mix, around 10 months old, with a story that starts off rough but is moving in the right direction. He and his four siblings came in as owner surrenders; they spent almost their entire early lives without much human contact, which made them pretty wary of people. The staff and volunteers have spent serious time helping Frank trust again, and he's finally realizing humans can be good. He's still a little shy when meeting new folks, but underneath, Frank is both brave and quick to catch on. Once he figures out he's safe, you'll see him relax and open up. Frank is scheduled for neuter surgery soon, and he's already current on his vaccinations. He does get along with other dogs, which will help him in a multi-pet household, but he isn't house trained just yet. He's a work in progress—a dog who needs patience, kindness, and someone ready to show him home life is worth it. They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now!
