Hey! I'm Danny - and I've got big energy, a bigger heart, and an even bigger love for snacks. I'm almost 3 years old (that's prime zoomie age, if you ask me), and I've been hanging out at the rescue for over 90 days now since being saved from those scary California fires. The humans here are great, but I'm ready for a forever home with my own pack, ya know? Let me tell you a bit about me: I. LOVE. TOYS. I love 'em squeaky, bouncy, fluffy - you name it, I'm playin' with it. I'm also a total sucker for treats (got chicken?), and I will absolutely become your shadow if you give me attention. People are kinda my favorite. Now, I won't lie-I've got some quirks. I've got lots of energy, so I need an active home or a playful dog crew to help me burn it off. I'm still figuring out this whole leash thing (what even is "heel," anyway?), and crates? Not really my vibe. I'd rather be free-range with my humans, please and thank you. Oh, and I've got a high prey drive, so no small critters for me. But if you've got a yard, a good throwing arm, and a big heart-I think we'd make a pretty great team. So... whaddya say?
