About Kenai
They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now! Kenai is a loving, spayed female mixed-breed dog who thrives on human connection and has a true people-oriented personality. Born around January 6, 2022, Kenai is known for being affectionate and the kind of companion who will follow you from room to room—she’s a true “shadow dog”! Weighing in at about 51 pounds with a medium energy level, Kenai would be happy in almost any home with space to stretch her legs, but apartment life won't be the best fit for her. While a fenced yard is preferred, it is not a strict requirement for adoption. Kenai came to the rescue as a stray, and she will need to continue learning house manners and may need some potty training as she adjusts to her new environment. She is best suited to homes without other cats or dogs but is friendly and suitable for homes with children. Bonus: as a Capricorn, Kenai is likely to be loyal, hardworking, and devoted, making her a wonderful addition to any family ready to give her the love she deserves. Make their next chapter their best one yet.
