Tigger is young with lots of energy and wants to play fetch nonstop and this is the key to making friends with him. He is shy with new people, but if you are willing to throw a ball that shyness melts away. Having another dog in the family is also important, since that gives him confidence. A fenced yard would be ideal. Adopter requirements: Must reside in the Richmond area and be willing to visit with Tigger, so he is comfortable with the adopter prior to going home with them.
