HSPC is participating in BISSELL Pet Foundation's Empty the Shelters adoption event! From December 1st through 15th the adoption fee is reduced to $70. Thread is a short-hair female kitten born in late-June 2025. Her adoption fee is $85. If you are interested in adopting a cat from HSPC, please complete our adoption application. Approved applicants will be contacted within 3 working days for an appointment. We operate by appointment only.
