Sade came to us through our humane agents after she had emergency surgery from a severe case of neglect. This poor girl was skin and bones when she came to us, and was also recovering from a C-section that removed 10 stillborn puppies from inside of her. Who knows what this sweet girl endured in the weeks leading up to her surgery. She was touch and go for a while, as the severity of her condition could have caused her to go septic. Thankfully and amazingly, she pulled through and made a full recovery. Once she was feeling better, we got to see her true personality come to life. Sade is very sweet and affectionate and absolutely loves people. However, we have learned that she is an absolute no-can-do with other animals. She is about 9 years young, and has so much energy left in her tiny body. She loves toys and treats and walks, and loves to give kisses. She would do great with kids, and would be a great fit for an active family. This miracle of a dog hopes to find a loving family soon!
