Bernard's approximate date of birth is 11/05/2022 and is a neutered male. He was found by an animal control officer under a bridge in the fall of 2023. He was very hungry, scared, and nervous when first arriving to the shelter, but has since become very comfortable. Bernard loves to play and can be affectionate, but doesn't enjoy being picked up. We believe that Bernard was once a house cat due to being very social with people and other cats.
