Otter’s story began on October 25th, when this 2-year-old terrier/pit bull mix was found on the side of the road in Saucier with no collar, tags, or microchip. Though no one came forward to claim her, she hasn’t let that dim her bright spirit. Now she’s safe at HSSM, and it’s our mission to help her find the loving forever home she’s been waiting for.
