Hey there!! My name is Cicero, and my name is so fitting! I love to sing, and I am very vocal (in a cute way, I promise!) I would love to find a home with some older kids to play with!! The staff and volunteers think I would be friendly with little ones also, but my energy might be a little too much for them. I would love to try if they would like to meet me!
