It seems we have a soft spot for those dogs that really need our help. Forrest was starved to less than half his body weight, then tied to a pole and abandoned. His eyes were so soft and pleading, how could we turn him away like so many had done before us. He is now at a healthy weight (or maybe a little pudgy- at 60-65 pounds) and is such a happy dog! He is well mannered and house trained and loves his big soft bed. He lets you know when he has to go potty and loves to be petted and loved on. He is playful and loves to fetch his toys. He has done fine with the cats and other dogs here but we think he would shine as the only pet in the home. Come meet this special boy.
