About Dorothy
Dorothy had a rough start—she first arrived at the shelter as a puppy in June 2025, finally got adopted in August, but ended up back in the shelter this November. She’s clearly overwhelmed by all the change and can seem pretty scared at first, but at heart, she’s a sweet, good-natured girl who just wants things to settle down again. Dorothy gets along with other dogs, cats, and kids, which makes her a great fit for many different types of homes. She’s also housebroken and already knows basic commands, so you’ll have some routines in place from day one. Dorothy’s hoping for a second chance at a place where she’ll be safe and loved for good.
