About Benson

Benson came to the rescue after a run-in with some chickens didn’t quite work out—he can’t resist the temptation, so a chicken-free home is a must. He’s a 1.5-year-old male Labrador Retriever mix with striking black and cream markings and a short coat, weighing in around 45 pounds. Benson is quick to bond and craves affection and belly rubs. He’s eager to please, knows how to sit on command, walks nicely on leash, and can’t turn down a game of fetch. People-wise, he’s about as friendly as they come and greets everyone like an old friend. He gets along well with other dogs and is good with children, making him versatile for many household situations. Benson is house trained and current on all his vaccines. He’s neutered and his medical records will come with him. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
