About Rhea
Give them the home they have been waiting for. Apply today. Because the best things in life come in pairs, just ask Jazzpurr and Rhea! These two sweet senior cats were left outside the rescue one night in carriers—abandoned, confused, but still radiating love. While their previous life remains a mystery, here at Hudson Valley Animal Rescue and Sanctuary, both have blossomed into affectionate, cuddly purr machines. Once shy and scared, with time and patience (and plenty of treats), these 9-year-old best friends have transformed into confident, loving companions who absolutely adore headbutts and pets. Rhea is the charming brown tabby girl, while Jazzpurr is her handsome sleek black gentleman. These two are a bonded pair, so they must find their forever home together. Adopting them means double the love, double the joy, and twice the reason to open your heart. Think you are the one? Submit an application!
