About Jackson

Give them the home they have been waiting for. Apply today. Jackson, affectionately called "Jaxy" by the staff and volunteers, is a vibrant and lovable 2-year-old active pup with a striking white and black coat. Since coming to Humane Animal Partners after his former owner could not continue his care, he has needed a little time to warm up and figure out who to trust—but once he does, he is all heart! Jaxy comes alive outdoors, reveling in barnyard adventures and savoring every new scent. This playful boy is very treat-motivated, knows his "sit" and "paw" commands, and loves rolling with his toys and receiving good back scratches. Volunteers adore Jaxy for his silly, sweet, and sometimes dramatic antics. He enjoys long walks, gentle people-watching, and occasional food mischief. Inside, he is a goofball—rolling everywhere and demanding plenty of affection, especially butt scratches. While Jaxy has strong playful energy and is working on his leash skills, he prefers a life as your one and only pet. If you are looking for a devoted, entertaining companion to be your center of attention, Jaxy might be the perfect fit. Fun fact: With a birthday of September 23, Jackson is a Libra—known for being sociable and charming! Think you are the one? Submit an application!
