Heather was found as a stray. She had no microchip or identification, and no one came for her. She was scared, and unfortunately is still scared. We have no idea what this girl went through prior to being in our care. But we do know she needs patience and someone who can dedicate time to breaking down her walls. She's warmed up to a few staff members and volunteers, and they can vouch for her being a cuddly, affectionate dog at heart! We are hoping to find someone willing to give Heather the effort she deserves so she can thrive and finally know the comfort and safety that comes with a forever home!
