About Sugar
Sugar just arrived and is settling into rescue life. At 6 months old, she's a handsome gray and silver youngster whose mom is a beagle mix, but Sugar shows her Doberman lineage too. She can be a little shy meeting new people but warms up quickly. Once she feels secure, she'll thrive in a patient home. Sugar handles herself well around other dogs and seems to enjoy their company. She's already spayed and current on all her vaccines, and on heartworm prevention. Like most puppies her age, she’s still learning leash manners and basic obedience, so a bit of patience and a gentle routine are key. Expect a few accidents as she gets used to her new environment and develops her routine. She should mature to around 55 lb or less. The team is hoping to find her a home soon, so her adoption fee is reduced. Sugar also has two siblings still searching for families if you want to meet them, too. Your new best friend is just one click away.
