Bonnie came into rescue as a German Shepherd Dog stray back in February and has settled into foster life, picking up good house manners along the way. She’s got a warm, friendly nature with people and does particularly well around children. While she usually mixes well with other dogs, Bonnie will guard her toys, so she’d be best suited either as an only dog or with a family attentive to food and toy supervision. Outdoor activities are a highlight for her—she’ll need a solid 6-foot fence for safe, off-leash play. After a round of heartworm treatment, Bonnie is healthy, spayed, up to date on all her vaccines, and microchipped.
