About Lil' Red
Meet Lil' Red. His road hasn't been easy—after surviving a serious accident that cost him a front leg, he's bounced back in inspiring fashion. Rescued by caring veterinary staff when his owners couldn't afford costly treatment, Lil' Red became a proud tripod with an unbreakable spirit. He's been thriving in a medical foster home, learning quickly and proving that life on three legs doesn't slow him down. His wagging tail says everything about his zest for life. Lil' Red gets along beautifully with other dogs and cats and especially enjoys the company of children—he’d be a wonderful addition to a family setting. Though he’s learning the ropes outdoors and picking up house training like a pro, he may still have moments of sensitivity after his ordeal, so he’ll do best with patient and loving people. What he wants most is a forever family ready to embrace him, tripod and all. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
