About Cash
Cash came to the rescue after being shot and needing his leg amputated. He’s carried some emotional scars from those early experiences and tends to be afraid of new men at first, but with time and kindness, he settles in and figures out they aren’t a threat. Though he can act intimidating early on, Cash isn’t an aggressive dog—he just needs patience. He gravitates toward women and is especially affectionate and outgoing with his foster mom, happy to snuggle and goof around. He shares his foster home with dogs large and small, playing with all types and adjusting his energy depending on the situation. Walks are no problem, and he loves a car trip when offered one. Cash is crate trained and will ask to go out if needed between breaks. He’s got good house manners, with the occasional episode of counter-surfing if someone leaves food in reach. Cash is fully vetted, neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and on flea, tick, and heartworm prevention, and shows a real capacity for joy once he feels safe. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
