About Captain Morgan
Click apply to start the adoption process. Captain Morgan is a very special cat who was found outdoors and now has a second chance at a loving life. One of his most remarkable features is his polydactyl paws—he has adorable thumbs! With his sleek black short coat and curious personality, Captain Morgan is equal parts charming and quirky. He’s a social fellow with people, but can get a bit feisty if petted in the wrong spots, so he’s best matched with someone who appreciates feline individuality. Captain Morgan prefers to be the only feline in the household, as he doesn't always get along with other cats and likes to playfully lurk from his crinkly tube. He needs an adopter who has previous cat experience and will be sensitive to his likes and dislikes. For the right person or family, he's sure to bring lots of joy and fun antics. Captain Morgan is FIV/FeLV negative, neutered, vaccinated, and house trained. You are welcome to visit him during public hours on weekends (12-2pm) at the Homeless Animal Adoption League. Make their next chapter their best one yet.
